FEB 27 09 Fan of The Week, Part 8
A huge thank you to all of you who entered our 7th Fan of the Week contest! The entries just kept on coming and we continue to be amazed at how creative you guys are!
This week's winner is Laura, who dazzled us with her fab poetry skills, showing us just how much she loves George! Here's Laura's poetic entry...
Standing in the cold, cameras endlessly flashing,
I can hear people screaming, shouting and dashing.
It's nearly pitch black now but well worth the wait,
No mum we can't go now! I dont care if it's late.
It's been over an hour but I'm almost there,
I can see his cap and his dark brown hair.
I'm in front of him, dont forget to breathe,
Try to stop shaking though I'm weak at the knees.
He hears another 'I love you - with me its real',
He can only smile - he dosen't know how he makes me feel.
My heart suddenly misses a beat or two,
I hear someone say 'Bet he gets that from afew.'
Walking out the barriers, one step at a time,
I don't have his heart but he'll always have mine.
On his way home, just listening to some tunes,
While hundreds of girls sat breathetaken in their rooms.
There's something I want - to meet you again,
And for some time boy, you being more than my friend.
